3d modeling of a fireplace (Autodesk Maya Timelapse)
This video tutorial shows how to create a simple model of a 3d fireplace and some accessories (a firewood stand, a forged lattice, a poker, a brush, a scoop, candles, a picture). To model most objects, standard tools were used (extrude, bridge, fill hole, multi-cut, soft selection, combine, smooth). To create a lattice, we used extruding along a curve.
