High ISO wildlife photography doesn't have to be noisy. In this video, I show you my complete DxO Pure Raw and Lightroom editing workflow for rescuing extreme high ISO shots from my OM System Micro Four Thirds camera – including a usable image shot at ISO 10,000.
Working with Micro Four Thirds sensors means fighting ISO noise constantly. I'll walk you through my two-tool system: DxO Pure Raw handles the technical heavy lifting (noise reduction and sharpening), while Lightroom handles the creative vision (color grading, exposure, and atmosphere).
You'll see the complete process on two real wildlife photos:
A Wren shot at ISO 10,000 in challenging forest conditions
A Red Squirrel captured at ISO 2,000 with the 150-600mm lens
