Let’s talk about PST or Performance Support Tools.
They are learning aids that provide answers exactly when a person needs it.
PSTs come in many forms and augment a training and learning program in an organization.

Performance support does not replace formal eLearning. However, there is a trend toward performance support yielding stronger learning results.
According to the 70 - 20 - 10 model for learning and development, we learn 70% from on the job experience, 20% from others, and 10% from formal learning.
