OMERO plugin for Fiji. Covers the manual workflow in Graphical User Interface of Fiji and the explanation of the scripting workflow using the scripting interface of Fiji. Images are fetched from OMERO into Fiji, analyzed, and results saved back to OMERO. Last part 27:40 covers Fiji run headlessly in a Docker environment on the cloud.
