Made in FL Studio with Patcher (only stock plugins)!
This is the simplest patch I've created, but it's the most efficient and I use it in 100% of my productions. I always put it on the bass of my songs and, I dynamically high-pass it towards the end of the sections to create tension. It can be really subtle but you'll definitely hear the difference if there's no automation. I use it on other instruments too, especially on build-ups. Your drop will sound huge if you make everything thinner just before it. You don't have to go extreme tho, be musical and trust your ears! It's a free alternative of FabFilter Simplon, Vengeance Philta, or kiloHearts Filter. Why spending money on those plugins when you can have the same (and a better) result with stock FL plugins?
