How To Build Your Fischl
Hey gamers, this video I show you how to build Fischl. There are 2 main ways to build her, electro support and physical dps. I go over the builds (weapons and artifacts) for both.
I may have not been clear enough when talking about 2 things. Firstly, it does matter what bow you use as support Fischl because they 2 of the 3 I listed are effective even if you are not on Fischl. Secondly, elemental recharge doesn't effect the cooldown of elemental skills, only elemental bursts. I know I didn't say that but what I said could have been interpreted in that way when I was talking about Oz's uptime.
