About Tony's apartment:
"Tony's Apartment" is an apartment in GTA IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony. This is where Anthony "Tony Prince" lives.
The apartment is located above a Ranch store at the corner of Feldspar Street and Columbus Avenue in Suffolk, Algonquin.
It is large and modern, and features brick walls, a polished wood floor and a mezzanine level. There are artworks on the walls, and in the center three large sofas, a shagpile rug and a flat screen TV.

About the game:
Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony is the second of two episodic expansion packs available for the 2008 video game Grand Theft Auto IV, developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. It was released for Xbox in 2009, and for PS3 and PC in 2010. The package also includes the first Grand Theft Auto IV expansion, The Lost and Damned, and does not require the base game to be played.
Set concurrently with the events of Grand Theft Auto IV and The Lost and Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony follows Luis Fernando Lopez, a Dominican-American former drug dealer-turned-bodyguard and best friend of Anthony "Gay Tony" Prince, a local nightclub magnate and high-status socialite in Liberty City. The main storyline of the episode focuses on Luis' efforts to help Tony overcome various problems, primarily conflicts with other Mafia crime families, and attempts on both of their lives. It also ties up loose ends from Grand Theft Auto IV and The Lost and Damned, by concluding the storylines of the blood diamonds and heroin that have featured in all three games.
The game received largely positive reviews from critics and is retrospectively considered to be among the best downloadable content packs of all time.
