Within WhatsApp, it's possible to send high-definition images and videos. To do this, it's simple:
1 - Click the "paperclip" icon in the message typing bar (on iPhone it's the + sign)
2 - Go to "Documents"
3 - Choose "Select from Files" or "Select photo or video" (depending on where your file is located)
4 - Click the send button and you're done! Your file has been sent in maximum quality!
