ఌ Hi guys! You can find Phantom Bird in the Ancient Forest or Wildspire Waste. You'll find the birds in clusters on the backs of the Apceros or the Aptonoth.
It's a rare spawn so you'll need to do this several times. Remember to put on your Ghillie mantle.
