Have you ever pressed the right or left arrow to seek forward but it increased the volume?? Actually it happens because you may have selected the volume button before pressing the arrow keys. However there are amazing shortcuts on YouTube that work totally fine wherever you mouse button is. So without any delay let’s jump into the shortcuts and enjoy.
1.Press Spacebar To Play/Pause when the seek bar is selected. It Activates a button if a button has focus.
2. Press k To Pause/Play in the Player.
3. Press m To Mute/unmute the video.
4. Press Left/Right arrow on the seek bar to Seek backward/forward 5 seconds.
5. Press j To Seek backward 10 seconds in player.
6. Press l To Seek forward 10 seconds in player.
7. Press comma While the video is paused to skip to the next frame.
8. Press period While the video is paused to go back to the previous frame.
9. Press the Greater than sign To Speed up the video playback rate.
10. Press the Less than sign To Slow down the video playback rate.
11. Press Up/Down arrow on the seek bar To Increase/Decrease volume 5%.
12. Press Numbers 1 to 9 on the seek bar to Seek to the 10% to 90% of the video.
13. Press Number 0 on the seek bar to Seek to the beginning of the video.
14. Press the foreslash key to Go to the search box.
15. Press f to Activate full screen. If full screen mode is enabled, activate F again or press escape to exit full screen mode.
16. Press c to Activate closed captions and subtitles if available. To hide captions and subtitles, press C again.
17. Press Number 1 or Shift+1 to Move between H1 headers.
18. Press Home/End on the seek bar to Seek to the beginning/last seconds of the video.
19. Press Stop Media Key on keyboards To Stop.
20. Pressing Next Track Media Key on keyboard Moves to the next track in a playlist.
21. Press Shift+N to Move to the next video (If you're using a playlist, will go to the next video of the playlist. If not using a playlist, it will move to the next YouTube suggested video).
22. Press Shift+P to Move to the previous video. Note that this shortcut only works when you're using a playlist.
23. And Press i to Open the Miniplayer
24. Play/Pause Media Key on keyboard to Play / Pause.
