The simplest and most budget-friendly cake option for a home tea party. "Bear in the North" cake.
Very tasty and moist. It's very easy to make. You don't even need a mixer. Definitely try it.
Ingredients:
For 1 cake layer (white):
Sugar - 200 g
Kefir - 270 g
Flour - 160 g
Butter - 30 g
Baking soda - 0.5 tsp
Chocolate cake layer (per 1 layer):
Sugar - 200 g
Kefir - 270 g
Flour - 160 g
Butter - 30 g
Baking soda - 0.5 tsp
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
Cream:
Sour cream - 800 g
Vanilla sugar - 11 g
Powdered sugar - 150 g (can be substituted with sugar).
Chocolate Glaze:
Cocoa powder - 6 tbsp
Milk - 4 tbsp
Sugar - 8 tbsp
Butter - 80 g
Garnish with walnuts if desired!
