Defining and populating matrices and vectors in PTC Mathcad Prime is very easy and flexible. You can use the ribbon to create a template for a matrix or use keyboard shortcuts to build and populate a matrix in one go. Matrices can also be created using a formula and be used as a container for imported data.
This video shows you:
• How to define a vector and a matrix in Mathcad Prime
• How to extract elements from a vector or a matrix
• How to set your ORIGIN, or the index value of the first element
• How to define a vector and a matrix using keyboard shortcuts
• How to define a matrix using a formula (or imported data)
• How to display more columns/rows, or freely browse through the data, in large matrices

You can start incorporating vectors and matrices into your own work by downloading Mathcad Prime at https://www.mathcad.com/trial . Vectors and matrices are included in the free version, Mathcad Express, as well.
