My process:
● Deinterlace and upscale in AVISynth+ (QTGMC and nnedi3_rpow2)
● Save to Apple ProRes file in Virtualdub2 (High quality 4)
● Assemble and move in DaVinci Resolve
● Render to H.265 (Best quality)
● Upload here

AVISynth+ SD script:

FFMpegSource2("E:\videos\Animusic\Animusic 1\Animusic-1.mp4")
AssumeTFF()
QTGMC( Preset="Very Slow", SourceMatch=3, Lossless=2, MatchEnhance=0.75, TR2=1, Sharpness=0.1)
nnedi3_rpow2(rfactor = 4)

AVISynth+ HD script:

FFmpegSource2("E:\videos\animusic-hd-mkv\Pipe Dream.mkv")
AssumeTFF()
QTGMC( Preset="Very Slow", SourceMatch=3, Lossless=2, MatchEnhance=0.75, TR2=1, Sharpness=0.1)

The reason the HD script doesn't multithread is that multithreading caused bad stuttering motion when upscaling that much.
