What type of sit-stand desk can I set on top of my computer desk?
Great question because it just so happens I just got a hold of this really neat setup by Ergotron. It is a table-top version of a sit-stand desk.
The model is called the Workfit-T.
My back has started hurting a lot again lately and I think it’s due to the amount of hours I am sitting down at my desk at work. So I decided to try out the Workfit-T since I was able to set it right on my existing desk!
The Easy Sit-Stand Desk – Workfit-T
In addition to the Workfit-T table-top sit-stand desk, I also got a hold of Ergotron’s Workfit Dual-Arm Monitor Kit so that I could install my dual Samsung 24″ monitors and eliminate the monitor stands, maximizing the table-top workspace for things such as my notepads and cell phone.
The Workfit-T comes in two different color options
Black
White
I really like the black version. I would say it’s closer to a charcoal gray though, but oh well.
The Workfit-T is already completely assembled, so you just open the box, unwrap the desk, cut a couple zip-ties, and set it in it’s spot.
Cable management is a breeze with the included accessories.
The Workfit Dual Monitor Kit was a little more involved when it comes to the setup. But, the instructions are laid out nicely and all of the parts are clearly labeled.
