Useful hotkeys & tips in this tutorial:
"CTRL + 1" = Lowest render quality but offers the fastest lit rendering
"CTRL + 2" = Medium quality
"CTRL + 3" = High Quality (Slowest)
"U" Toggles the unlit renderer which has no lighting information but offers significant speed increases
"SHIFT + S" Toggles stats panel
"B" Toggles the bounding box preview
Viewport quality does not affect final export render quality, unless you are using the "Render All" export option instead of "Render".
"Smooth UI" can be enabled to reduce UI input lag, however it is highly unstable and still experimental
"Vsync" can cause performance issues
"Frame Limiter" setting allows you to reduce GPU usage
If you use more VRAM than available, your simulations will be slow regardless of these other tips.
