Eric and Admar discuss both Gabor Mate' and Viktor Frankl and their life experiences as Holocaust survivors reflecting on feelings of anxiety and instability and ultimately finding their "noble purpose." They discuss finding your community and that you are never as alone as you think you are and recommend Simon Sinek's 8-minute rule to listen to share someone's pain and empathize with what they are going through. They end discussing Beau of the Fifth Column and the greatest generation and thank veterans for their service.
