CSS Image Hover Effect
In CSS, the transform property allows us to use different values like rotate, translate, skew, scale, etc. for creating transformations (both 2D and 3D).to an element.
In this video, I will show you how we can use the scale value of transform property for creating a zoom effect while hovering over an image. As usual, the effect is going to be responsive to different devices.
