Stingray Gives Birth On Beach, Emerald Isle, North Carolina, July 2014
Stingray caught on camera giving birth to three on beach in Emerald Isle, North Carolina.
I noticed some fisherman in the distance taking a while to reel in their catch. I ran over with my phone, surprised to see a huge stingray! While the fisherman removed the hook, I held the barb down and the camera at the same time. We then noticed the mother giving birth to three total babies. Soon after, the Stingray Family was safely released back into the ocean.
