Windows 10 Laptop HOTKEY screen brightness issue/not working FIX/solution
if you have a laptop that has a hotkey feature to control brightness, & you are wondering why it is no longer working, i would highly suggest to FIRST look to make sure your drivers are up to date!

again, i have only tried so on the win10 OS, and on a laptop... for desktop it is not really an issue since you have monitor controlling your brightness...
