How to Survive Remote Work: Separate Coordination and Delivery
We continue our series of tips on how to survive remote work. I want to clarify that we are talking specifically about remote work in a team. The thing is that freelancers work remotely their entire lives, but at the same time, everyone knows how much they suck at teamwork.
Remote work gives freedom - a person stops being a slave to the office, becomes the master of his time, decides when and how to do the work in order to deliver a result. But you should not idealize remote work. Due to the fact that people work and communicate at different times and in a different order, it is much more difficult to find mutual understanding, solve a problem and simply get an answer.
Today I want to touch on the most difficult and familiar situation and give advice to those who not only do their work, but also achieve its acceptance.
