On the YouTube platform, we show by our own example how to dismantle or carefully dismantle a building with a minimum set of tools and the shortest possible time of 1 day without loss of quality. Perform demolition cheaply, minimum costs.
The combined experience of our team in the field of demolition has long exceeded 100 years and the total number of dismantled buildings is approaching 1000 units. After all, we have been conducting this activity since 2008.
Most often, dismantling or demolition is carried out using crowbars and crowbars, chainsaws and concrete cutters.
And also with the use of special equipment, these are tractors, Jcb front loaders, Volvo excavators, Bobcat mini loaders, dump trucks, manipulators and container trucks Kamaz / Maz and their analogues from various world manufacturers.
All actions in the video take place in Moscow and the Moscow region.
We perform such work as dismantling and demolition of any buildings and houses, we offer careful dismantling of the building with maximum preservation of used materials for further use.
For example:
☑️demolition of brick houses
☑️dismantling and transportation of log houses
☑️dismantling of frame buildings
☑️dismantling, loading and removal of monolithic structures
☑️bathhouse
☑️hamam
☑️barn
☑️outbuildings (any)
☑️hangar
☑️garage
☑️demolition with loading and disposal of waste to a solid waste landfill, structures damaged by fire
☑️office premises
this can be the demolition of partitions, roofs, extensions
☑️floor screeds
☑️dismantling of apartments
☑️dismantling and removal of foundations of all types (including monolithic and prefabricated monolithic)
☑️metal structures with subsequent delivery of metal for recycling.
☑️demolition of unfinished buildings and dismantling of erected buildings with violation of permits, etc.
===============================
Very often, very interesting finds fall into our hands at demolished sites, we call them (good stuff). These things date back to the period from the reign of the Tsar and Tsarinas - the dawn of the USSR and the collapse of the USSR, right up to the present day (primus stove, kerosene stove, kerosene lamp, watch, banknotes and banknotes, coins and much, much more ...)
Which we try not to throw away but to preserve, tidy up and sometimes restore. Then we sell these things on Internet flea markets, earning additional money on the Internet.
We regularly raffle off worthy items we find among our subscribers.
