Three-Day Old Baby Elephant Learns To Use New Trunk
The tiniest member of the Oregon Zoo's elephant family, born on Feb. 1, is growing and learning more each day!
“Rose-Tu and her baby continue to do well," said Steve Lefave, who oversees the zoo's elephant program. "The calf is a quick learner with an outgoing personality, and has great trunk control for such a young age. This baby’s really keeping mom on her toes.”
