By "low-slung," by the way, I don't mean a "crash car," which is scary even on asphalt, but an average car like a Prius, Solaris, Camry, etc. The ground clearance of these cars limits driving on dirt roads, but you can still get to some places! And enjoy the Vladivostok Sea, of course.
