In order to move the parametric object without moving its axes, open the Asset browser and search for “axis”. If your Cinema 4D version is R25 or newer, there will be a Geometry Axis node in the list of found items. Drag the Geometry Axis into the parametric object and close the Asset browser. After that you can change the position of parametric object without moving its axes, by changing the values of Axis X, Axis Y and Axis Z in the Input tab of the Geometry Axis object.
