Evolution S380CPS Warranty Revision
I reached out to Evolution Tools about vibration I was having with my S380 metal saw. They sent a prepaid return shipping label to send the saw back for evaluation. They emailed me back the day they received the saw and sent me a replacement saw under warranty including the shipping. The new saw cuts so much smoother then the first saw. I am sorry I waited so long to reach out to them about the issue I was having. They went above and beyond and I was only without my saw for 5 days total.
