Today is Gamjatang! Woo-hoo!
Gamjatang is Korean Spicy Pork Bone Soup. We will use pork spine to create a light but rich broth. Then throw in some Korean spices (as well as potatoes). What you end up with is a very hearty soup. In fact, Koreans eat this as hangover soup! Seriously!
