HF3K : A hardfacing method that applies the maximum amount of premium tungsten carbide on any wear surface. QuickTip can be applied in varied thickness and uses tungsten carbide inserts to maximize abrasive and impact durability.

stabilizers including spiral, straight, integral and welded blade, in both 4145 heat-treated steel and non-magnetic metal.
AOTCs’ stabilizers are economical, provide versatility for various BHA
configurations and reduce overall drilling costs.
Integral Spiral or Straight Blade – Three to five blades available.
One piece construction, used in medium to hard formations, steel and non-magnetic available. Hole sizes from 5-5/8” to 36”.
Welded Spiral or Straight Blade – Three to five blades available. Used in soft to medium formations, steel and non-magnetic available. Hole sizes from
5-5/8” to 36”. Additional sizes are available at the customer’s request.
