How NOT to Release a Game - Cities Skylines II
The release of Cities Skylines II was NOT pretty. The games getting better, but it's still very broken. And based on roadmap, I don't think they are going to fix some of it's worst problems. If you're thinking of releasing a game, this is a great example of how NOT to do it.
