In this first free Python lesson for beginners from Sergey Friz, we'll take a deeper look at Python variables and simple operations with them. We'll explore the control structure—conditional branching. We'll create a program that selects clothes based on the weather. We'll also implement a psychological test.

The "Are You Firm? Unyielding?" Test (Moskovsky Komsomolets, mid-1980s). This test is used to determine willpower and physical fitness.
1. Do you often act rashly?
2. Do you get bored quickly?
3. Do you easily give up on your plans?
4. Do you think you can achieve a lot when challenged?
5. Are you often late simply because you're disorganized?
6. Are you carefree and prefer to let things work out on their own?
7. Do you find it difficult to keep your promises?
8. Can't say you're consistently confident?
9. Do you often forget where you put things?
10. Do you have trouble getting up in the morning, or are you unable to stay awake for a long time?

For each "yes" answer, score 1 point; for each "no" answer, score 0.
If the score does not exceed 3, then:
You are capable of doing what needs to be done, so regular exercise won't be a problem for you.
If the score is between 4 and 7 points:
You have character flaws that prevent you from being a firm and collected person. This means that to solve a problem, you must focus on it, concentrate, and exert willpower. You should have been thinking about getting up early in the morning, doing exercises, and running 5 km since yesterday, even though you might not feel like it.
If your score exceeds 7 points:
You're not a strong-willed person and need to seriously work on your character. Starting with simple exercises, with "painless self-overcoming," gradually prepare yourself to tackle more specific challenges. And not just in the realm of physical education.
