Hey you guys! I wasn't gonna originally do this tutorial as a separate tutorial but since its super cute and I know alot of people aren't huge fans of ruffles, I decided to give this top a separate video of its own! I hope you guys enjoy

Materials:

3.5mm hook

size 4 worsted weight yarn (I used about a skein in a half of "I love this yarn)

scissors

yarn needle
