Hitman: Codename 47 - "Find the U'wa Tribe" - Hard (
Mission #5 in this game. The hostage escapes as soon as he doesn´t see any mercenary around and no bullets are fired. The run itself is really annoying as there is a lot of luck involved. I got this only once in a zillion attempts, but maybe there is just a better spot somewhere, idk.
