Challenges Redistributing EIGRP Routes from Classic EIGRP Mode (32-bit) to EIGRP Named Mode (64-bit)
I hope you enjoy my video tutorial on some interesting behavior (specifically, the failure of routes that have been redistributed from a non-64-bit/Named mode router to a Classical/32-bit mode router) where you will not see your redistributed route as EIGRP Named Mode sees the route's Feasible Distance as Infinity and doesn't insert it into the RIB. I also show how to disable Named/64-bit mode and more importantly, why you will see this behavior and how to catch it!
