Disk Analysis Commands:
System File Checker
Command: sfc /scannow
This tool allows you to repair corrupt system files
Check Disk
Command: chkdsk /f /r
CHKDSK /F: Check and fix file system errors.
CHKDSK /R: Does the same, but also locates bad sectors on the disk and tries to recover readable data.
You may just want to run CHKDSK /F since it is faster
Deployment Image Servicing and Management
Command: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Checks for corruption and repairs problems in the current installed Windows OS
