Dragonflight Season 3 10.2 is around the corner and its TIME for the Raid Healer Tier list on which healers will be featured in the Race to World First, high end Hall of Fame Raiding and beyond. PLEASE keep in mind that just looking at HPS numbers on PTR testing is never a perfect representation of spec performance as the damage intake on PTR has ALWAYS varied then where it appears on Live for the over 10 years that I've played PTR.
