BUGFIX: Premiere Pro: Audio Missing! Video Track shows up when I import BUT audio doesn't show up!

I made this video for my students. When they imported a certain video, the Video track was fine BUT the audio track wasn't showing up or importing. This is a simple and easy fix for that Adobe Premiere Pro bug.
