The GPU Market keeps getting worse every day because cryptocurrency miners are buying up all of the GPU stock at hugely inflated prices. Many PC Gamers are desperately looking for graphics cards but even the worst budget cards are up at nearly $400. The GPU market just isn't big enough for both Crypto mining and gamers.
Unlike some, I do not believe Crypto is going to "crash" again. Huge financial institutions now back it with the power to protect their investments. Mining is here to stay, so what can we as gamers do? AMD and NVIDIA must act immediately to stabilize the GPU market by evolving it into two distinct product segments: one for crypto mining and one for gaming. Make no mistake, mining is here to stay and cannot be "beat". That is why AMD and NVIDIA must take these actions now to evolve their product lines, increase production capacity, and bring needed relief to the gaming GPU market.
