This is a summary video that explains how to quickly use fillets to round the edges of machine threads in solidworks to create water tight 3d printable threads.
1. Make sure you fillets on your mating parts are the same size
2. Make sure your making parts have a 0.30mm diameter difference to compensate for the 3d printers tolerance. This is what my BambuLabs P1S required to make water tight threads.
