Detailed masterclass on knitting a ribbed summer top with a half-Rib pattern. This is a step-by-step guide for beginners to create a basic summer top.

In the video, I explain important points to consider while knitting the top, including calculations for a specific size.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• The total number of stitches should be a multiple of 4.
• The number of stitches between markers, when dividing for armholes, should be odd.

❌ VIDEO NOTE:
My half-Rib knitting gauge: 30 stitches x 46 rows (10x10 cm).
The width of the top may not be perfectly accurate, because it stretches significantly. When laid flat, the top width can vary from 40 cm to 55 cm, so it’s better to aim for an average width of 47–48 cm.
