I am back with another Sims 4 speed build video.
I am building a modern home in Oasis Springs on 30x20 lot, this home cost 83000 simoleons.
This home has 2 bedrooms (master bedroom and kids bedroom) and 2 bathrooms with laundry room, open space living room, kitchen and dining area.
Outdoor space has nice fireplace, bar and a big pool.
