The major economic superpowers and the naval and land powers must unite in alliances, such as the Axis and the Allies, to try to stop Luxembourg. I have two years to grow my economy and develop a national economic growth plan that will allow me to achieve early gains and seize control of the industry, economy, and civilian and military resources of neighboring countries, thus overcoming the challenges posed by global superpowers.
Can Luxembourg defeat countries like the United States, England, Germany, Italy, and other powers? Will Luxembourg's workforce, economy, and strategy be enough?
