Why Viratype is developed?
The education quality and skill development opportunities are not equal for everyone. They are profoundly limited, especially for the marginalized children and youth, including people with disabilities. According to the World Health Organization, 15% of the world’s population, approximately one billion people, have some form of disability. From whom people in developing countries experience more hardships.
People with hand paralysis can use "Viratype" to write their preferred content without putting fingers on the keyboard. Our AI-powered tool can detect four languages including Persian, English, French and German from people in the age range of 10 to 80-year-old. It has both online and offline versions and can operate without an internet connection.
More than 430 million people all around the world have hearing disabilities. It is estimated that by 2050, more than 700 million people will have a hearing disability.
Most of the existing educational content is in the form of Video or Audio, therefore, people with hearing disabilities cannot use them. “Viratype” allows its users to convert such content into text so that they can use it without the need to hear the voice.
