As I am installing new software onto this older Windows 7 system, I thought I would make a video on how to install Python onto it. Visit python.org to download the appropriate installer. This process is normally pretty quick but it will show what to look for when installing. This includes configuring for a 32 or 64 bit version, configuring Python for the Path, and ensuring the Pip (package installer) is included with one click. In fact, once you got the right version, the installation is instant. Don’t let the further bumbling throw you off. Just know what to look for when things go wrong. This installation process should be the same if you use Windows 10 as well.
If you want to know how to create your Python bots as I do, check out my online course to learn how.
