Ingredients
The Main Ingredients
250 grams or about 16½ tablespoons of pastry flour
* 100 grams or about 5 tablespoons of butter (You can use BOS aka Roombutter)
* 100 grams or about 5 tablespoons margarine
* 1 egg yolk
* 50 grams or about 5 tablespoons of Fine Sugar
* 20 grams or about 2 tablespoons of milk powder
* 45 grams or about 3 tablespoons cornstarch
Ingredients for the Icing Sugar

30 grams egg whites
* 200 grams Fine Sugar
* 2-3 tablespoons of lime juice from 1 medium lime or ½ Lemon
Note it …!
From one recipe, we can get about 63-68 pieces of cookies weighing about 10 grams each.
So the total result is about 630-680 gr.
For the use of icing sugar, it can be replaced with a chocolate bar, DCC or WCC, suit your taste.
Melt it by steaming it with rice cooker.
But in my humble opinion, it's definitely more authentic to use icing sugar. Besides that, it's easier to garnish, and sure it’s more affordable. But again, it’s up to your taste.
Note that, if you use chocolate bars, it is certainly simpler for it does not need to be baked for 2 times and safer from failure.
