Serpentis Refuge - Eve Online Exploration Guide

This is a good site for all but the newest Eve Online pilots. It has a reasonable chance to escalate to a Serpentis Narcotics Warehouse, and a reasonable chance of a faction spawn. Frigates and destroyers, or any ship with auto-targeting missiles, can make a lot of ISK running these sites quickly.
