🍩Ingredients
•1 cup kefir
•1 cup semolina
•1 cup flour
•2 eggs
•1.5 tsp baking powder
•100 g soft butter
•0.5 tbsp vegetable oil
•candied fruits, raisins-80 g, optional

Such a mannik pie can be prepared from aged kefir, it will also be delicious. You can add any additives to taste, or cut the mannik in half and spread with cream.
