Full Stack Kivy Mobile App Tutorial - From Scratch to Play Store Release - Public Transport Tracking
Hey guys, this is an introduction of how to create a Full Stack Kivy Mobile App from setting up the environment on your PC to releasing it on Google Play Store. I will be releasing around 30-32 videos to guide you step-by-step. At the end of the series, you will be able to release an app to Google Play Store like me!
"My Sg Transport" is a mobile app available on Google Play Store that allows you to track all the public transports in Singapore. You are able to check the taxi location and taxi stand location. Besides, you can find all the bus stops and bus services nearby. On top of that, you are able to see all the bus services available on each bus stop and even able to see their arrival time in real-time. Even more excitingly, you are able to see the route of each bus, the operation time of each bus at different day and their real-time location. In addition, you are also able to see all the location of all MRTs and LRTs in Singapore. The app will inform you if there is any train which is currently in service. Furthermore, there is a train map which allows you to have a full view of all train routes in Singapore. You can also check out the train fare of different categories at different time of a day. Other than that, drivers can also check the location of incidents on the road, such as road works, road openings, accidents, etc. You can also access to the traffic cameras to assess the road conditions at each part of Singapore. Last but not least, the app allows you to identify car parking and bicycle parking that are available.
