Instead of stacking Cyberpunk Cat we stack Mina now. There's a lot of things you need to account for in this level so take note of them before trying this stage without ubers/Cyberpunk. I'd honestly recommend Cyberpunk stacking if you lack high leveled Erasers, as they play a key role in this stage.
Due to Manic Eraser being level 30, and Eraser being +48, my Eraser Cats die a bit earlier than I would like, even with Bun Bun being perma-weakened. Highly recommend you'd try this with level 40 Manic Eraser and at least +61 Eraser Cat. With this in mind, I bring Metal Cat, Zamboney, Catdam TF, and Freeze Cannon all to help me stall out the enemies here.
Other than those units, Maglev is to help with the startoff of the battle since he is able to get kills off without having me push up very much. Mina TF is the most important unit here as her weaken ability is very important in stalling out Relic Bun Bun. Her damage output as well is quite important in taking out Relic Bun Bun while also being very good for the peons. C. Gross is to help deal damage as well, his long cooldown and cheap cost make him very good for this stage. Thaumaturge is also very important for this lineup, and you can see that in this run. Essentially Thaumaturge can keep Relic Bun Bun weakened without combos, and if something goes wrong such as bad luck, or your Mina stack syncs up, Thaumaturge's weaken will still keep him weakened for a good amount of time. Not only this, but she is very helpful while stacking Minas, as she makes stalling the Relic Doges much easier when they stack up.
Alright, stacking Mina is a bit more tedious compared to stacking Cyberpunk, so make sure to focus a lot more here, or you'll only have 2~3 Minas after you hit the base. How I stall out the Relic Doges that are near the base is with Dual Erasers and Thaumaturge to keep them from pushing. Zamboney and Freeze Cannon can be very useful in damaging them since you don't want more than 3 Doges stacked up. Having 2 Doges is quite good actually, because if the other Doge did not get knocked back, your stack won't push up. Having your minas desynced allows them to perma-weaken Relic Bun Bun so keep that in mind. It also helps in taking out the Relic Doges during the battle since they help Relic Bun Bun push. Don't forget to hit the base before your Minas reach it or else they'll sync, Maglev to trigger the base works well enough.
As for the actual fight itself, getting the first proc is important. Use Zamboney, Metal Cat, and Freeze Cannon all at correct times so that Mina can safely land a weaken proc without Relic Bun Bun pushing too hard. Relic Doge actually does noticeable damage, the ones that spawn during the fight can actually help Relic Bun Bun push enough to make you lose, this is why other cheap attackers with range can help. Other than that, taking out Relic Bun Bun is as simple as status spam him till you win.
This run was actually really nasty, things did not go as planned, the startup was pretty rough, and my Minas ended up syncing, but Thaumaturge came in clutch and I was able to do enough damage to kill off Relic Bun Bun before I ran out of money. Rich Cat not necessary, just makes the startoff less tedious.
I wanted to Mina stack on JP when it was released but, didn't have the fruits, so here's one of the first runs with Mina stacking when this was JP only: • 古代の呪い ミーニャ溜めで無課金攻略+他EX第3紹介 【にゃんこ大戦争】 Main difference is his unit levels are higher, so you can see how having higher leveled Eraser Cats make all the difference.
I might go back to this stage with all the legends and no Metal Cat, but as it stands I don't really want to mess with this stage too much since it's more tedious than anything. Also, I may upload the Growing Strange stages with individual no uber lineups for fun, but that will take some time due to the energy cost and luck to get specific stages. So this might just be my last video for a while.
