This is the last of the ford 5.4 3v engine timing job done on my 2006 f150. Doing the timing is actually pretty easy, the hardest part is just getting down to the timing components. Having the vice grips on the camshafts gave me the ability to move the camshafts a bit to get the timing marks aligned. if doing the timing make sure you change the crank oil seal as well as you don't want any leaks after spending countless hours on this job
