How To PID Tune With The Sonic Pad - Sonic Pad Intermediate Part 1
In this video I'm going to show you how to quickly tune the PID settings on the hot end and heated bed of your 3d printer using a Creality Sonic Pad.
The PID tune controls how temperatures on your 3d printer are achieved and maintained. If your PID settings are wrong then your temperatures will fluctuate, which can cause print defects and in the worst cases, print failures.
*Since recent firmware change, it is necessary to issue a 'restart' command after changing any settings or following any calibration procedures.*
