How to upload documents and finalize the myPOS Verification process in 6 easy steps
Following the myPOS Identity Verification process, the merchant will be required to provide legal documents to verify the company’s identity. The documents required are dependent on the company’s legal form. In order to finalize the myPOS Verification process, just follow the steps:
Step 1 - Within 8 business hours after the video call you will receive an email with additionally required documents
Step 2 - For certain documents you need to use the dedicated templates attached in the email
Step 3 - Once you fill them, scan the documents with your phone camera or scanner. Please note that scanned document must be readable.
Step 4 - Choose the type of document and enter description
Step 5 - Upload the document
Step 6 - Uploaded documents will be processed within 1 business day. A confirmation email will follow shortly. Please note that depending on your business case, we might need additional documents.
